• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to **Undisputed Masters** whose Instagram handle is @undisputedmasters. The “prize(s)” refers to **prize(s) details** e.g.  five (5) entrants will win the Gold Prize Package which includes, one (1) INSTAX MINI 12 instant camera (ARV $ 79.95), one (1) 10-pack (twin) of INSTAX MINI instant film (ARV $ 19.95) and two general admission tickets (ARV per Gold Prize Package is $99.90) for the Undisputed Masters at the 26 Bridge (address below) in Brooklyn, New York on September 16th, 2023) (total ARV of Gold Prize Packages offered is $ 499.50). The total ARV of all prizes offered in connection with this Sweepstakes is USD $ 499.50. Prize does not include any travel to, from or in New York and/or the event venue, and does not include hotel or similar expenses, all of which are at the prize winner’s own expense. In addition, all costs and expenses incurred by prize winners at the event are the responsibility of each respective prize winner.

• By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all decisions of the Promoter, which will be final. All entries must be received by 12 p.m. (EST) on September 15th, 2023 (the “Entry Deadline”). The referenced 5 Gold Prize Package winners (a total of 5 winners) will be selected at random by The Promoter on or about 5 p.m. EST on September 15th, 2023 in New York City. The winners will be notified via Instagram on or after this date to the Instagram address used for entry.

• This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry via Instagram. Entrants must be a resident of the United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada (excluding Quebec) to enter. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

• No purchase necessary to enter or to win.
• Entrants must have an active Instagram account, be thirteen (13) years of age or older on the date of their entry and be a resident of the U.S., Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Canada (excluding Quebec). Winners will be required to certify as to age and residency prior to being awarded a prize in connection with this Sweepstakes.
• Instagram is not a sponsor of, or in any way affiliated or involved in, this Sweepstakes.

• Only one entry per person will be accepted in connection with this Sweepstakes.

• An active Instagram account is required to enter. Each entrant shall enter the Sweepstakes via their Instagram account by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @undisputedmasters and following the @undisputedmasters Instagram profile. Alternatively, you may enter this Sweepstakes without tagging or following as referenced by emailing your name, street address, email address, cell phone and identification of your Instagram account to organisation@undisputedmasters.com for receipt by the Entry Deadline.

• The Prizes will be awarded to randomly selected winners. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prizes become unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, and the Promoter shall be entitled to substitute another prize of the same or greater value.

• The Promoter will not be held liable for any internet or technology failures (including without limitation, Instagram failures) relating to entry or receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, garbled, or incomplete, and such entries will be deemed invalid.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be limited to the referenced ARV of the applicable prizes. The tickets provided in connection with this Sweepstakes are subject to the same ticket / event terms and conditions which are applicable to all event ticketholders.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any Prizes for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant (including lost profit, lost opportunity, inconvenience, overhead or administrative expenses, or damage to reputation or goodwill) even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and have no cash value. No cash alternative is available. If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value.

• The name, email address, street address (no P.O. Boxes) and cell phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter prior to September 15th, 2023 8 p.m. EST, to enable fulfilment of the Prize. Names and age of each guest must also be provided. Failure to timely provide names and ages constitutes forfeiture of the prize. Any ticket portion of the prize will be awarded at the event as referenced below. The INSTAX product portion of the Gold Prize Packages will be mailed to the prize winner at the street address provided. The applicable colour of the INSTAX MINI 12 instant camera will be as determined by The Promoter and prize provider in each instance. Neither the Promoter nor the prize provider is responsible for address or other information errors, or for prizes which are sent out but lost or stolen prior to actual prize winner delivery. The Limited Product Warranty included with the INSTAX products that are part of the Gold Prize Package constitutes the sole commitment and warranties made to the winners respecting any INSTAX products included in the Gold Prize Packages.

• The Prize(s) can be collected in person at the entrance of 26 Bridge, 26 Bridge St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, on September 16, 2023 from 7:30 p.m. (and only on that date from that time). The ticket prizes will only be provided to the named winner, and proper identification must be provided at pick-up.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

• The Promoter’s decision with respect to all matters relating to this Sweepstakes is final.

• The winner’s names and social media usernames may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winners have been selected, and by entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to this posting. A complete list of winners of this Sweepstakes may also be obtained from The Promoter upon email request sent to organisation@undisputedmasters.com by December 1, 2023.
