The FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters Global Breaking Competition 2023-2024 Series Concludes its World Tour with the Tokyo World Final on March 17th, 2024.th

Tokyo Februari 14th, 2024 – The FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters, the pinnacle series in the world of breaking, is set to culminate its thrilling world tour with the highly anticipated Tokyo World Final on March 17, 2024, at the NEW PIER HALL. As the city of Tokyo is deeply rooted in hip-hop culture and renowned for its vibrant breaking scene it will serve as the perfect backdrop for this extraordinary event.

This prestigious event marks the epic conclusion of a groundbreaking world tour. After exhilarating events in London, Heerlen, New York and São Paulo, the Tokyo grand finale is set to electrify the city. Tokyo will bring together all the stellar solo men’s and women’s winners from the 2023-2024 competition series. Making this world finale a showcase of the ultimate clash of titans in the world of breaking.

The FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters Tokyo World Final will also feature an all ages and mixed crew category to emphasize the values of inclusivity, equality and diversity that are deeply rooted in the culture of breaking. The audience will experience an unforgettable spectacle of breathtaking athleticism, unparalleled creativity, and electrifying performances.

In addition to the crew, solo men’s and women’s categories the FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters added a junior battle to the Tokyo World Final. Juniors 15 & under often hold a standard of breaking that is not far short of the professionals. The FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters feels that it is important for these young people to get the opportunity to participate in sporting events like these and with the support of the community this experience helps them set up for success at future events like the Summer Youth Olympics Games in Dakar in 2026.

In addition to the competition series winners, Olympic contestants and contenders also signed up to compete for the FUJIFILM INSTAX Undisputed Masters Tokyo World Final title. It’s a rare chance to see these athletes, who are at the top of their game, go head-to-head. Their unique styles, ear for musicality and their very diverse arsenal of explosive moves will create some of the best battles ever showcased. It’s an incredible international line-up and a unique opportunity to see them all in action just before the Olympic games in Paris.

Competition
The event presents an exceptional panel of judges. Distinguished figures in the breaking community, who will impartially evaluate the competitors based on their technical expertise, creativity, musicality, and overall stage presence. Head judges are Storm (Germany) and Renegade (United Kingdom). These two gentlemen were the key architects of the judging Trivium judging system. They sat down with the IOC, multiple times, to create a system that would meet the IOC’s conditions. These meetings resulted in the system that underlies the system that is now used for the Olympics.
