Terms & Conditions: Undisputed Masters Los Angeles Sweepstake

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to **Undisputed Masters** whose Instagram handle is @undisputedmasters. The “prize(s)” refers to **prize(s) details** (e.g. 50 people will win two general admission tickets each (ARV per pair of general admission tickets is $15) and two people will win two VIP (Express Entry) tickets each (ARV per pair of VIP tickets is $35) for the Undisputed Masters at the LA Exchange (address below) in Los Angeles, California on December 11th, 2022). The total ARV of all prizes offered in connection with this Sweepstakes is USD $ 820.  Prize does not include travel to or from Los Angeles and/or the event venue, which is at the prize winner’s own expense.
• By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. (PST) on December 9th, 2022 (the “Entry Deadline”). The referenced 50 “general admission” winners and two “VIP Express Entry” winners ( a total of 52 winners) will be selected at random by The Promoter on or about 8 p.m. PST on December 9th, 2022 in Los Angeles. The winners will be notified via Instagram on or after this date to the Instagram address used for entry.​
• This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry via Instagram.
• No purchase necessary to enter or to win.
• Entrants must have an active Instagram account, be age 21 years or older on the date of their entry.
• Instagram is not a sponsor of, or in any way affiliated or involved in, this Sweepstakes.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted in connection with this Sweepstakes.
• An active Instagram account is required to enter. Each entrant shall enter the Sweepstakes via their Instagram account by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @undisputedmasters and following the @undisputedmasters Instagram profile.
• The Prizes will be awarded to randomly selected winners. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prizes become unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, and the Promoter shall be entitled to substitute another prize of the same or greater value.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any internet or technology failures (including without limitation, Instagram failures) relating to entry or receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, garbled, or incomplete, and such entries will be deemed invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be limited to the referenced ARV of the applicable prizes. The tickets provided in connection with this Sweepstakes are subject to the same ticket / event terms and conditions which are applicable to all event ticketholders.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any Prizes for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant (including lost profit, lost opportunity, inconvenience, overhead or administrative expenses, or damage to reputation or goodwill) even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and have no cash value. No cash alternative is available. If a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, email address and cell phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter in order to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​ Names of each guest must also be provided.
• The Prize(s) can be collected in person at the box office of the LA Exchange, 618 S Spring, Los Angeles, CA 90014 on December 11, 2022 (and only on that date). The ticket prizes will only be provided to the named winner, and proper identification must be provided at pick-up.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter’s decision with respect to all matters relating to this Sweepstakes is final.
• The winner’s names and social media usernames may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winners have been selected, and by entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to this posting. The list of winners may be shared with third parties.
